Meet the Owner
Jim Pariseau
Jim and Melissa have called Sugar Land home since they were married in 2001.
Jim is a native of New England, a lifelong Red Sox fan, and a University of Houston grad with more than 25 years-experience selling in and leading sales teams in both the logistics and SaaS arenas.
Melissa is a native of Virginia, a graduate of Colorado College, and has more than 30 years of experience leading sales teams and helping people achieve their goals.
They are both excited to begin the next chapter of their professional careers and excited to bring this brand and this concept to the Southwest Houston and Galveston markets. Outdoor cooking is a way of life in Texas and Jim and Melissa look forward to educating customers about the health and safety benefits of the Bar-B-Clean service while delivering a 1st class customer experience.
When not at work or going to baseball tournaments with their son Colton, Jim and Melissa can be found volunteering at their local Little League or at home by the pool hanging with friends, family, and their dogs, George and Thor.
