Bacon S’Mores

Add a savory twist to your favorite outdoor dessert with a few strips of bacon! Even if you didn't plan ahead, this simple treat is easy to throw together.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

Cut each bacon slice in half. On a flat surface, arrange 2 bacon half-slices side-by-side. Weave 2 bacon half-slices in opposite directions.

Step 3

Very carefully lift the bacon lattice to a large rimmed baking pan. Repeat with the remaining bacon.

Step 4

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp. Remove from baking pan and drain.

Step 5

For each s’more, layer 1 graham square, 1 bacon square, 1 chocolate quarter, 1 bacon square, 1 toasted marshmallow, 1 bacon square, and 1 graham square.

Or, skip the graham crackers and just use the bacon squares for your final sides.

  • 24 slices Brown Sugar Bacon
  • 4 graham crackers, broken in half (8 squares)
  • 1 (1.55-ounce) milk chocolate bar, quartered
  • 4 marshmallows, toasted
